Automatic Top-ups
Western Fuel are pleased to offer our customers 'Automatic Top Ups': a method of having your fuel delivered which removes the worry of running out of fuel and all the hassle of checking tanks and placing orders online or over the phone. Automatic Top Ups is like being connected to the mains but for fuel, there will always be some in your tank all year round.
The Automatic Top-Ups system uses information about your consumption of fuel to calculate an estimated delivery date and quantity. This ensures your tank stays topped up year round. For new customers without a buying history with us, an estimation will be made which will be improved upon as we gain more information about your consumption. Of course if you find yourself running low on fuel, feel free to ring in and we will adjust your automated orders accordingly so as to more accurately reflect your usage.
This service is useful for those with busy lifestyles, people with mobility issues and elderly people, who may not have the time or ability to check their tank and make an order. It is also great for ensuring holiday homes or relative’s homes don’t run out of oil, without having to physically be there. Automatic Top-Ups make fuel easy!
Automatic Top Ups can also be coupled with our direct debit payment scheme. This allows you to spread your fuel payments over monthly instalments. You need not worry about getting in touch to pay for your fuel once it has been delivered. Fuel deliveries really can be that easy! All you need is to have two full direct debit payments on your account before you apply.

STEP 1
Place an order either online or over the phone. Once ordered, request the speak to a member of our Top-up team who can explain how it works and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2
Once the Automatic Top-Up scheme is in place, we will estimate when you will be due a top up . We will then arrange the delivery and notice you of the deliver if requested.
Step 3
Sit back, relax and know we will take care of your fuel deliveries for you! Remember our team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
