Barrel & Bloom Festival Saturday 10th - Sunday 11th of May 2025
This year, in celebration of Somerset Day, Passion For Somerset are hosting Barrel & Bloom Festival at Rich's Cider Farm in Highbridge. The event kicks off on Saturday the 10th of May with a lively evening of music, headlined by none other than The Wurzels . On Sunday, the festival takes on a more relaxed and family-friendly feel. It’s a day full of fun, creativity and local flavour, and a brilliant way to celebrate Somerset Day and all things Somerset!
We are proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the festival's picnic area - the perfect spot for tucking into delicious local food, catching up with friends, or taking a moment to unwind while the children let off steam. We are delighted to support a part of this excellent festival.

Alongside The Wurzels, Harrisen Larner-Main and The Additions will be performing on Saturday, with Billy Driscoll performing on the Sunday. A variety of family Entertainment is available, including Apple Juice Making, a Bumble bee Trail, and crafting activities. The Bloom Patch will offer great opportunities for play, with a Mud Kitchen, Garden Games and Sensory Play! There will also be delicious food, including Filled Giant Yorkshire Puddings, Cider Tasting and Craft Stalls, among other exciting things.
